Letting Centre Group has been established since 1989 and now look after over 500 properties – ranging from Studio Apartments to large Detached Houses –what we believe to be one of the largest letting portfolios in the area.
As a consequence, we are able to offer potential tenants a comprehensive selection of property and Landlords a high volume of enquiries.
Our Offices are located in both central Abingdon and Didcot and have a very different feel about them to conventional Estate Agencies. We have tried to make them feel welcoming and approachable as we want the entire experience to be pleasurable for both Tenants and Landlords.
We are fully independent - ran and owned by the original proprietor, Douglas Hughes who has worked in residential Estate Agency for over 30 years. As a result the majority of our staff have been with us for a considerable amount of time. We offer a friendly and personal service while drawing on our vast experience.
Being based in both Abingdon and Didcot we are able to deal with property in the surrounding towns and villages such as Wantage, Sutton Courtenay, Marcham, Drayton, Headington, Cowley, Botley and even as far as Reading.
We are able to market your property effectively, advertising on over 50 websites, the radio and in the major property papers. We also pride ourselves on our direct links with several large multi-national Companies requiring accommodation. These include JET, Schlumberger, Research Machines and in addition we have assisted Service Personnel from the Armed Forces relocating to this area for several years. As a consequence, this can open up many avenues for rental not open to the majority of Agencies.
